EaseUS Partition master is a popular alternative to the 'Partition Magic' software, that is widely used by many professionals and large companies in the computer industry.

It supports all the typical features you'd expect in a partition manager; Resize, copy, convert, format, create, etc. However, EaseUS partition master also has some very advanced features, not generally available in consumer products. It supports extending and merging partitions, defragmentation for improving system performance, the ability to wipe data off a disk even if it has no partitions; insuring complete data protection, Disk surface testing, support for hardware raid and removable devices, and much much more.

Perhaps the selling point for this software, however, is it's boot cd; the program gives you the option of creating a boot cd using either Linux or Windows PE (pre-installed environment). This allows you to perform disk maintanence even if your opperating system fails to boot, or could come in useful for destroying data on old unwanted computers.
